May 11-18, 2021: STEM for All Video Showcase

SEAS Islands participants have produced a video that’s part of this NSF-funded showcase of 287 short films that showcase federally funded projects aimed at improving STEM and computer science education. The videos highlight strategies to engage students during COVID-19 and address educational inequities.

March 19, 2021: SEAS Islands Alliance Virtual Summit

When: 7-8:30 p.m. Eastern and Atlantic (March 20 9-10:30 a.m. ChST)
Who: For Current & Alumni Alliance Program Participants and Family Members
What & Why: An opportunity to learn more about the SEAS Islands Alliance and the people involved. Attendees will get to connect with other Alliance participants and families across our three island communities, learn about and share their own family’s experiences, and learn more about career opportunities in geoscience.

What & Why: An opportunity to learn more about the SEAS Islands Alliance and the people involved. Attendees will get to connect with other Alliance participants across our three island communities, receive and/or provide mentorship, and develop and practice networking skills.
