Last week, #PuertoRico hub students sampled water at Laguna Grande, a bioluminescent bay in Fajardo, Puerto Rico.
The bay contains tiny microorganisms, known as #dinoflagellates, that respond to movement in the water by emitting a glowing blue light called #bioluminescence
It has been so wonderful seeing the #SEASIslandsAlliance students, mentors, and leaders at the @sacnas #NDiSTEM2022 conference. @SEAS_Islands
